Refund policy

Returns You have 30 days from delivery to return an item to us.

Change of mind: we accept returns of items that are unopened and still sealed. Because food supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once the seal has been broken. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: if anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the cost of returning it.

How to return: email hello@shivay.uk with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
