Free UK delivery, sent with Royal Mail
Every order ships free with Royal Mail Tracked 48 — tracked from our door to yours, with no minimum spend.
- Order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and it’s dispatched the same day.
- Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch.
- You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it’s on its way.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are an estimate and can occasionally be longer at busy times, such as Christmas.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? Send back any unopened, sealed item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Because food supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once the seal is broken.
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage.
To start a return, email hello@shivay.uk with your order number. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
