Free UK delivery on every order We deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Every order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, so your parcel is handled by Royal Mail from our door to yours and tracked the whole way. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Dispatch times Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate and can occasionally be longer at busy times, such as Christmas.

Missing parcels If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived, email hello@shivay.uk with your order number and we'll look into it with Royal Mail.
